For the last two (2) Mondays the church has been skipped as far as delivering and/or picking up our mail. We were told a few years ago that we were a "pick up" location on mail carriers daily routes. Sounds pretty petty when a large church that sits on a highly traveled road (E. Brainerd Rd.) is a "pick up" spot. USPS has horrible customer service. People are rude as heck. I had a package held for pick up last week and they still don't know where it is. I have been given the run around for days.
