I have CL fiber and just had an 11 day outage. The fiber went dark on a Sunday morning, I tried all troubleshooting methods, CL scheduled a tech for the following Thursday. On that Thursday, all that Tech #1 did was confirm that I know what it looks like when fiber goes dark and confirmed that the fiber was dark at the alley connection.
