It would make sense if they thought it was the hardest. Perhaps it is because our threshold to pass is a little lower than the 500 of the OP. damn 500 is a lofty goal that was like 75th percentile for my class on comsae 106 this year (given it was taken near the beginning of our dedicated).

This is an indirect answer to your question but your Uworld average (depending on how you use it) and your general honest feeling of your class rank and stuff like that are really going to tell you if you are prepared for boards better than any COMSAE. They can tell you a range for sure. The COMSAEs are agreed to be largely garbage.Agreed, I took 101, 102, 103, and 104. I had a positive trend, studied my weaknesses, and hit my target score before taking the exam. Some questions were very similar or the same, but it was like they expanded on it. It was the same general content, with varying emphasis, but whereas comsae's were lean, comlex was fattened up to weigh you down.I've seen 450+ being mentioned, but what about those who consistently score over 400 on COMSAE's? So to answer to my own question, just got results back and I scored within 20 points of comsae predicted score. That's pretty close. I guess new comsaes are much more predictive. It's interesting that both sdn and r/comlex are basically dead. Next to zero interest and/or activity or new threads about comlex level 2 ce.

But after 106, I went back through pathoma, and then spent some time on my weak points that I had identified. Took 109, and I felt great about it during the whole thing. The 407 on comsae 107 crushed my entire soul. I couldn't understand how my score between 110 and 107 varied so much within a couple days, but I chose to trust my 452 on 110.
