You can use this to keep track of which ones you have to work towards those achievements. Possible spoilers if you care about the names of areas, NPCs, Covenants, or bosses.

Chime of want +5 and dark infused has 30 more dark damage that caithas chime and the cast speed difference is minimal. Chime of want is the top sacred chime for hexes. Since you're going for a melee hex build, obviously the most important hex for you is going to be Dark Weapon.
