I've found a 10.5 to 11" header is the sweet spot for cans. Pro flo large cans are a great choice as well. Never ran mine with pipes or stock muffs, but I have seen, quite regularly, a DA-170 ... Ah, ZB, as predictable as the sunrise when it comes to bashing anything other than Jeti. Not really, look at he new Spektrum iX20, PowerBox Core, Jeti DS-12, Graupmer MZ-32, that's benchmark. This DLE 65cc is a horse of an engine according to our customer feedback. It is our best selling single cylinder engine. Install a Bowman ring and you really have something that will blow out any engine in it's class. Please give comparison between DLD 65 and GP 61 using Falcon 24-9 in 3D plane. 44 degrees is wayyy too much. Put it at 28 and go fly. ^ This. 28 is the number I have always used. I would like some discussion on the ignition timing on DLE OR DLA OR DM 55cc gas. I have heard everything from 30 degrees to 44 degrees ( the DLE book on Tower). Who has experience and will tell me where to set timing.
