I've had the TV since November and it has 1166 Power on time. I've noticed lots of prompts to manually shut down the TV to run the "screen restoration" process for 5 minutes. Normally, at the end of the day I use the remote to manually power off - but other times, it comes back on via the LGTV Companion app sending the WOL packets (as by design).
