If your major doesn't require 162, take 1602. Its the same stuff as in 162, but much less in depth and as such much easier. So if I get an F or D in 162, I should just take 16020? A D or F in a 5 credit class will really put a dent in your overall GPA in the long run I would just retake 162 for the sake of that.
