GTA IV on steam deck is brilliant. This game looks and plays so good on the deck. Last time I played was on xbox 360 and the graphics are so much better. I wish they had done an update for the Series X rather than just having unlocked framerate but with rockstar will never happen. I got as far as getting open IV installed in desktop mode using wine BUT I can't find the GTA 5 file from with in open iv. I don't see a way in Open IV to select where are my games are?
