Naowh's UI is a bit cleaner overall, and is very "noob friendly". You need probebly need to use diffrent profiles dependent om Raid size. Ie when it is 5 man look this way. 10 man this way. And so on. ElvUi is a UI Addon. ElvUi and WeakAuras are beasts but when you use them together it can make WOW so much more enjoyable. I recommend making your own ElvUi profiles if you go that route. There are a million WeakAuras out but if you want to save time google your class Luxthos. Import the 3 profiles and enjoy.
