I completed the Gauldur Amulet quest with a character no problem. I started a new character and the SKSE and SkyUI updates came out so I updated and now I can't complete the quest. I have all three parts and can get into the cave, activate the three parts and fight the first brother but then the other two just stay up by the coffin.

One thing you haven't mentioned is whether you have actually moved to the end of the chamber to use the mechanism that will reforge the amulet. The ghost does not appear until you do so and the amulet will not be reforged.
