If you are still waiting on letters or your committee, I highly doubt that schools will care that it took you 2 weeks or 2 months to do their secondary as long as you are complete at the same time.

This is what I did when I reapplied and it worked out fine for me. Many schools did have veryyyy similar secondaries, some schools changed a question or 2 from year to year.
