This is very prevalent with triggers that have a short reset. I believe its based on the FCG which would be an AR15 ,,,so yes (i may be wrong)

None of this forced reset stuff is legal. It's just not being actively targeted for enforcement yet... Kind of like all the folks who thought they were being cute with 'solvent traps'....
