Only reason it will ask is because you opened a regular account on NinjaTrader website, and it is requesting for you to pay for data, this is a separate account from apex. If you are trying to trade on TradingView, you need a Tradovate account with apex, not Rithmic.. and even then you still need to pay for data on TradingView that’s $5 a month.

Tradovate is decent for beginners since it's pretty low barrier to entry. Just know that NinjaTrader costs a good amount for you to use all their services but the charting and scripting features it offers are very nice. Usually with most futures brokers you can pay a monthly/annual fee so that you pay lower or no commissions per trade.

I haven't tried Tradovate, but Ninja Trader is good. Normally $500 margin for daytrading index e-minis, $50 /contract for micros, double right now due to the high volatility. Very customizable and as fuzzyp44 mentioned, lots of people develop features, add-ons, custom indicators, etc.

This is because I use SierraChart and Jigsaw. SierraChart has the most stable data connection and excellent trade copier and most customizable charts. Jigsaw has one of the best DOM. The tradovate unfortunately only allows tradovate or ninjatrader, which has lacking features for me.
